Your workout.
A clock that pushes back.

Build one exercise or a giant set. Choose the time, rest, reps, and weight for every movement. PaceMotive calls the set, keeps the rest moving, and remembers what you actually lifted on this phone.

Quick static guide

Four steps. Then lift.

No tutorial video to sit through. Read this once and the clock will take it from there.

  1. 1
Pick a workout or build yours

Start with Dumbbell A, B, or C, or add as many exercises as your superset needs.

  2. 2
Set the pace for each exercise

Choose target reps, set time, rest time, and a starting weight for every movement.

  3. 3
    Check the weights before starting

PaceMotive shows every starting weight together. Change any zero before the clock begins.

  4. 4
Lift, log, and follow the call

When work ends, rest starts automatically. Enter weight and reps while the next exercise is called.

More than a rest clock

It should feel like somebody is running the session with you.

Build the session

Make the clock fit the workout.

No account. Results stay in this browser. A plan link includes planned exercises, times, reps, and starting weights—but never your completed session.

Before you start: every exercise begins at 0. Change a weight and save the program to reuse it; a previously logged weight on this phone can also fill it for you.

The workout loop

Work, log, rest, get called back in.

The work clock counts down from the time you selected. Tap Set done if you finish early. Rest starts immediately, so you can enter or correct the weight and reps without losing track of recovery. PaceMotive then calls the next exercise and repeats the complete list for every set.

Your results belong in the free timer

Weight and rep logging are part of running a useful gym session. Completed sessions and edited programs are saved only in this browser, and previous weights can help fill the next workout. The planned $5.99 PaceMotive Pro adds permanent cloud history, device sync, cloud-synced programs, progress charts, notes, records, a training calendar, and export.

Plans share; completed results do not

Copy plan link deliberately includes the exercises, target reps, set and rest times, starting weights, and set count. It does not include completed weights, completed reps, or session history. Anyone opening a plan chooses whether it is appropriate for them.

The clock cannot judge the lift

You or your coach remain responsible for exercise selection, load, technique, equipment, space, supervision, and when to stop. A countdown and a voice cue are prompts, not personalized coaching. Read the PaceMotive fitness disclaimer.
