Start on a schedule

The clock controls each round.

Every minute

EMOM

Use this when: a new round starts at the top of every minute. Finish the reps, then rest for whatever time remains.

Example: 10 swings every minute for 15 minutes.

Work / rest

Intervals

Use this when: you want a work period followed by a separate rest period, repeated for several rounds.

Example: 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest.

Classic format

Tabata

Use this when: you specifically want the classic eight rounds of 20 seconds hard work and 10 seconds rest.

Example: 20 / 10 × 8 rounds = 4 minutes.

Race a goal

You control the pace.

Fixed time

AMRAP

Use this when: the clock counts down and you repeat the workout for as many quality rounds as possible.

Your score is completed rounds plus extra reps.

Fixed work

For Time

Use this when: the work stays fixed and the clock counts up until you finish every rep.

Your score is the time shown when you tap Finish.

Just track time

No rounds. No rules.

Simple count up

Use this when: you only need elapsed time. Start it, pause it, and stop it—no workout structure required.
